These days,I really fall in love with stars. All these stuff like pictures, origami works and even songs.

I m glad to share with you how to fold the LUCKY STAR.

How to fold lucky star origami

1. Start by tying one end of a long strip of paper into a knot.

2. Pull gently to tighten then press the knot down to make it flat. Be sure that the paper is pulled tight so there are no holes and gaps at the corners where the paper meets.

3. Wrap the other end of the strip continuously around the pentagon shape you have formed. Crease gently as you go.

4. Keep wrapping until you get to the end of the strip. Tuck the last bit of the strip into the pentagonal pouch.

5. Hold the pentagon along its edges as if you were holding a coin along the ridges (not on the face). Use your fingernail to push in on the edges.

It sometimes takes a little time before you could get the right star size but once you’re done with your first star, making more of them would be so easy. Other people used to write small messages in the strip of paper and place them on bowls or clear bottles to make memories and souvenirs.
