I found in another blog, which is fantastic and the tutorial is in detail. I can say it is the best one that I found in these 2 weeks.

You will need an old book or some old sheet music (or any paper suitable for origami), a piece of string or ribbon to hang it with, and a hot glue gun.

It is really a way to relax. I think a lot of people want to do evil things like that, Perhaps, the reality is so complicated, but if put the emotional sustenance in their own works of art it will be much simpler. , In reality, I can not bully a little girl, in their own works of art that will always be right. It is better to do this to the paper man than real person. So, play a small paper man is not only a creative but also a self-discipline.
